What percent of infinity is a million?

When I have these kind of thoughts and connections (above), I feel like I'm touching "infinity", like just getting the tiniest taste of the infinite depth and wisdom in the Torah... It just makes me realize more that I know nothing at all... Even the wisest of all men said אמרתי אחכמה והיא רקוחה ממני. Why? Because Hashem's wisdom is infinite, so even if we touch on it and start to feel like we have "RAV" (like Esav said - see vort above) it's still nothing at all. For example, let's say normal people have 50 cups of knowledge, and I start to feel gayva that I'm so smart that I have 100 cups of knowledge, and let's say the Arizal had 10,000 cups of knowledge and Shlomo Hamelech had a million. What percent of infinity is a million? Nothing. Because even 1% of infinity is infinity! That means that compared to Hashem, there isn't much difference between the wisdom of Shlomo Hamelech and the wisdom of a young child. By definition, we are limited and Hashem's wisdom is infinite. Therefore, a person can never feel they understand ANYTHING at all. And that's what I mean. The more ideas I have, the more I feel the truth of the infinity of the wisdom, that it has no beginning and no end...

And I believe that is what is meant by, ראשית חכמה יראת ה - because Yiras Hashem means doing MORE than we understand (מי שמעשיו מרובה מחכמתו חכמתו מתקיימת). And doing more than we understand means Emunah.. Because davka when we admit we don't understand (and therefore do more than just what we understand), that is the beginning of wisdom.

And that's why serving Hashem with פשיטות is such a big inyan in Chassidus. Because no matter how much we learn and imagine we "know", it's absolutely nothing at all. So we may as well serve Hashem with simple Emunah, without cheshbon and without thinking we know something. And this "knowledge that we DON'T know" is the most precious thing to Hashem, which He calls "Wisdom" - that is Hashem's Otzar - יראת ה' היא אוצרו.

To sum up:

Ironically, the only wisdom that a human being can TRULY ever attain is the knowledge that he doesn't know anything. חכמים כבלי מדע ונבונים כבלי השכל… ומותר אדם מן הבהמה אין the only difference in the wisdom of man over that of an animal is בחינת אין - the ability to understand that he knows nothing!
