The Zohar in Parshas Vayetzeh says that the female of the Satan has 11 tikunim. The last one is 39 - like the avos melachos, explains the bal hasulam that it’s 4 x 10, but malchus of malchus has no Ohr since it’s din, so it’s 39. And the 39 melachos of Shabbos are because all birurim are a result of the sin of Adam, which caused this din. And it could be that the 11 tikunim are kineged the 11 curses of בזעת אפך תאכל לחם, the 11 avodos of making bread, and the bal hasulam says that the the 11 tikunim of the Satan are also kineged the 11 yeriyos of the mishkan, which are made from IZIM - which is known to be the tzad of the sitra achra (why we bring izim on Rosh Chodesh and Yom Kippur, to give the Satan something so he leaves us alone). (Could the 11 samemanim of the ketores also be connected?)
